Add Dark Souls / Valheim style parry mechanics to Minecraft! Master the timing and stun enemies with a well-executed shield parry.

⚔️ How It Works

The Parry Mechanic: Raise your shield and let enemies attack you within a 0.7-second window to execute a perfect parry.

When You Successfully Parry:

• Enemy is stunned for 3 seconds
• Applied effects: Slowness X, Weakness V, Mining Fatigue X, Glowing
• Enemy is knocked back
• Epic visual effects: Gold particles, enchanted sparkles, and explosion
• Satisfying sound effects

Visual Feedback:

• "PARRY WINDOW ACTIVE" message when you raise your shield (gold)
• "PARRY SUCCESS" when you nail the timing (green)
• "Too late - Parry failed" when you miss (red)

🎮 Gameplay

This mod rewards perfect timing and reaction speed. When an enemy is about to strike:

1. Raise your shield (hold right-click)
2. Let the enemy hit you while blocking
3. If they hit within 0.7 seconds of raising the shield → Perfect parry!
4. The stunned enemy glows and you have 3 seconds to counter-attack

Works with ALL mobs:

• Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers, Spiders
• Vindicators, Pillagers, Ravagers
• Even works in PvP!

📋 Requirements

• Minecraft: 1.21.1
• Fabric Loader: 0.16.0 or higher
• Fabric API: Required (download separately)
• Java: 21

🛡️ Tips for Success

• Watch the enemy's attack animation carefully
• Raise your shield just before they strike
• Practice timing with zombies first
• The glowing effect helps you track stunned enemies
• Listen for the distinctive parry sound effects

🎯 Balance

• Parry Window: 0.7 seconds (requires skill and timing)
• Stun Duration: 3 seconds (enough to counter-attack)
• No cooldown: You can parry as many times as you can time it correctly
