GregTech Addon for the modpack Sky of grind. (SOG)

• Adds 1 new multiblock, High Energy Collider. 
• Adds 3 Renderers.
• A set of blocks used for the High Energy Collider
• Adds Bucket compatibility with EMI (Shows Liquid uses instead of filling the bucket)

Intended for the modpack sky of grind. You may use it in your modpacks but it won't have compatibility nor recipes by default.
