What is bot attack?:
Bot attack is a series of players connecting to your server that arent real players, their job is to lag out your server and potentionally crash it.
How can i protect my server from them?:
There are many anti-bot plugins that are actually pretty good, but those are real plugins and arent that light-weight, if your server is a pretty small one, you dont need an exclusive anti-bot plugin, to protect it, you can just live with an alternative like this.
How does this Skript work?:
Every time a player joins to your server, a variable in the skript gets increased by 1, in a bot attack, the player count will increate pretty fast, but in this case, if the player count increases by 15 in 30 seconds, the skript will block the next connections, if this variable is 15 or exceeds it, it will set another variable to 1 which will auto-kick the next player that will join. Every 30 seconds, the skript will set both of these variables back to 0, so it disables the anti-bot protection and lets normal players ( And potentionally bots ) join again. This doesnt mean that the bot attack has stopped tho.
Permissions:
antibot.bypass - Player with this permission can join the server if Anti-Bot is on.
Custom kick commands:
If you open the AntiBot.sk file, you can set a custom kick command, if you know how to make skripts, you can even set this to ban people if the protection is on.
