add custom forms, riders and more to Kamen Rider Zeztz Mod

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

This addon expands the Kamen Rider Zeztz Mod by adding multiple new Capsems that unlock additional transformation forms for players.
