Adds a chest to ALL horses without any command
Add with right click with chest in hand
Just owner can add/remove horse inventory
Permission to allow players to add inventory (for prevent griefer for example)

Bypass Horse Owner restriction (Give for moderators)
horsechest.access
Required for add/remove inventory (Give to all players (no visitors) )
How To Use
Tame your horse
Place Saddle on horse
Right Click on horse with chest, while crouching
To open chest right click on horse while crouching
To Remove
Hold a stick in your hand, crouch, right click
Enjoy
