Create: Flood Pulley

An addon for Create that adds a variant of the Hose Pulley without the bottomless supply mechanic, so you can drain perimeters and fill whole oceans.

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
