Invillagers: Villagers vs In-Villagers
Fabric 1.21.11 mod that turns Minecraft villages into living factions with guards, chiefs, builders, logistics, contracts, reputation, quests, and dark rival settlements.
Vanilla villages are no longer passive background structures. They can grow, defend themselves, organize resources, launch projects, hire escorts, and react to regional threats. On the other side, the In-Villagers form a hostile illager-aligned civilization with their own villages, chiefs, guards, outposts, and reputation logic.
What this mod adds
- In-Villager faction with its own identity, hierarchy, and settlements
- Village guards, archers, chiefs, and stronger protectors
- Builder, accountant, lumberjack, miner, and terrain worker roles
- Construction contracts, escort contracts, and village support systems
- Storage, supply, convoy, and logistics mechanics
- Village reputation with hostile, neutral, and allied progression
- Quests, support events, defense pressure, and local faction gameplay
- Dark oak styled In-Villager settlements and custom outposts
Gameplay direction
This mod is built for players who want villages to feel alive, political, and strategic. Your actions can strengthen a settlement, unlock new support, and even change how some factions react to you over time.
If you enjoy faction conflict, village expansion, defense systems, and more dynamic world activity, Invillagers is designed for that experience.
