Adds some useful stuff to better combat

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

Better Combat Additions adds new features to the infamous mod "Better Combat"
features are easily configurable for modpack developers.

- One-Hand & Two-Hand toggling
- Config toggle to bring back jump crit
- More will be added..
