AE2: Tabbed View Cells
Ever wanted View Cells to work a bit more like Refined Storage's Grid Filters? This small add-on reworks how View Cells work a bit to add tabs you can use to swap between your different View Cell filters.
A terminal showing three different tabs for Potions, Enchanted Books, and Facades.
This mod does the following:
- Adds an All Items tab to ME Terminals, Crafting Terminals, or other AE2 blocks that support View Cells.
- When adding a View Cell to the view cell slots, additionally adds a Tab to your terminal to swap to that View Cell's filter.
- The tab will use the first item found in the ME system that matches the filter as an icon. The name of the View Cell is used as the name of the tab when hovering over it.
- Tabs will display on the right side of the terminal or above it, depending on your GUI scale and terminal settings.
Notes
The functionality for View Cell tabs is entirely client-side, but it is recommended to include this mod on the server-side as well, or you will only be able to pull in items for recipes for items that match the View Cell filters for the View Cells you have installed. This is the only core AE2 functionality that is changed, should be compatible with all other addons.
