Adds the viral bouncy/wobbly physics effect to the Minecraft world.

- Placement wobble for normal blocks
- Support for block-entity rendered blocks like chests, and shulker boxes
- Door, trapdoor, and fence gate interaction wobble (with connected block wobble syncing)
- Damage wobble for living entities, including the player in third person
- Projectile cloud wobble (triggers when projectiles cross cloud height)
- GUI wobble (menus wobble when opened)
- Extensive configurability to toggle wobbles for blocks, entities, and GUI separately
- Config screen through Mod Menu

Multiplayer
This mod is client-side. It can be used on multiplayer servers without installing it on the server, but other players will only see the wobble if they also have the mod installed
