- 1 to 6 star Hyperspace outbreaks
- Up to 3 separate active outbreak slots at once
- Custom Hyperspace dimension access through overworld portals

- Admin commands for spawning, freezing, resetting, entering, and managing outbreaks

Outbreak Flow
- Overworld portals can open into Hyperspace outbreaks
- Normal 1 to 5 star outbreaks use featured species plus support spawns from the same star pool
- 6-star outbreaks are special anomaly encounters centered around a single featured target
- Separate slot-based instances prevent different outbreaks from overlapping with each other
