Inspired by Reskillable and LevelUpReloaded mods from 1.12.2 and RLCraft modpack

Adds compat with:
-First Aid Mod
-Trinkets and Baubles Reforked
-Enhanced Visuals
Warning this mod is in alpha still so expect some bugs

Requires Progressive Mechanics Library to work
