Allows pets to respawn with a special item

-Respawn your pets with a special item-
The Eternity Charm can be crafted with diamond, gold and a totem
It can also be found in the vaults of the Trial Chamber
Click on a pet to grant it the ability to respawn
Click again to toggle the ability
Click while sneaking to perform it on all nearby pets
The charm has 10 charges
It is not broken when emptied
Merge with a diamond in inventory to recharge it by 1
Pets will respawn around the player when they fall asleep
The pet must be dead for at least 10 minutes (configurable)
If there is not enough space, the pet will be respawned again on the next sleep
Respawned pets will lose its items and potion effects
Other non enemy mobs can also be granted the ability
They will respawn at the last player who clicked them with the charm
A datapack can be used to control whether a mob will always respawn or is unable to respawn
As well as whitelisting an enemy mob or blacklisting a non enemy mob
