Evil bart is a knocker reskin that has custom made sounds made by one of my best friends. Basically evil bart is a group chat meme since April of 2025 Where we played Gartic phone and I made a stupid drawing of Bart Simpson
(This is mostly a joke mod but is actually pretty terrifying lol)
