Adds Atherite to the game

Adds Aetherite to the Aether.
Includes:
Aetherite Debris, which only spawns in the Aether dimension.
Aetherite Ingots:
Aetherite Upgrades, which can be found in Aether Dungeons.
The centre is aether:holystone.
Aetherite Armor/Weapons/Tools: These are created on the Smithing Table by using Aetherite Upgrades, Aetherite Ingots, and the Netherite version of the item.
