FTB Chunks Spawn Guard
The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
FTB Chunks Mob Spawn Control is a lightweight Forge addon that prevents unwanted mob spawns inside FTB Chunks claimed areas.

Notes:
You need to press middle click on claimed chunks to make it work.
Middle Click=Toggle Chunk or Delete chunk
Ctrl + Middle Click=Multiple Toggle Chunk
Alt + Middle Click =Multiple Delete Chunk
