Warp-O-Mania

Warp-O-Mania is an addon for Thaumcraft 6 that adds more warp events to encounter. These warp events are added to the existing pool and all of them can be configured to control how often they spawn and the minimum warp required to encounter them. You can also disable them entirely.

There is no research required to access these warp events, nor does the addon add any. You can fire the warp events manually using ThaumicAPI's /tapi warpevent command.

Warp Events

• Blaze Fireball: Forces the player to cough up to three fireballs after a few seconds.
• Cave Ambient: Plays a cave ambient sound.
• Countdown: Starts ticking from 10 until something very bad happens...
• Deafness: Temporarily mutes your game audio.
• Eldritch Crab Swarm: Spawns several hostile Eldritch Crabs. The number of enemies increases with player warp.
• Enderman Stare: Plays the Enderman stare sound.
• Enderman Swarm: Spawns one or more hostile Endermen. The number of enemies increases with player warp.
• Ender Pearl: Forces the player to cough up an Ender Pearl (that will teleport the player!) after a few seconds of the event starting.
• Firebat Swarm: Spawns several hostile Firebats. The number of enemies increases with player warp.
• Haunted: Spawns ghosts everywhere. Stay cautious and try not to look at them...
• Impending Doom: Skeletons: Starts a timer. Once it's up, Skeletons will spawn.
• Impending Doom: Wither Skeletons: Starts a timer. Once it's up, Wither Skeletons will spawn.
• Impending Doom: Zombies: Starts a timer. Once it's up, Zombies will spawn.
• Insomnia: Temporarily prevents the player from sleeping.
• Jump Boost: Temporarily provides Jump Boost.
• Lightning: Spawns lightning... or is it really lightning?
• Nausea: Inflicts Nausea temporarily.
• Poison: Inflicts Poison temporarily.
• Teleport: Randomly teleports the player to a nearby location.
• Wither Sound: Plays a Wither idle sound.

Optional Warp Events

These warp events are disabled by default.

• Impending Doom: Wither: Starts a timer. Once it's up, the Wither will spawn.
