FTBUXaeroCompat integrates FTB Utilities claimed chunks with Xaero's World Map and minimap for Minecraft 1.12.2.

- Syncs FTB Utilities claimed chunks from the server to clients.
- Highlights claimed chunks in Xaero's World Map and minimap.
- Shows the owning team name and force-loaded state in tooltips.
