No Flesh Within Chest is a high-customization organ-themed modpack based on 1.19.2 Forge. It revolves around the ChestCavity mod and implements lots of organs beyond the original design. These organ-based features enhance the overall content and connect all-mods.
The modpack includes various elements such as technology, magic, and adventure, but it is not just a collection of unrelated mods like kitchen sink modpack. The modpack ensures thematic consistency through organ effects without excessively increasing game difficulty, providing players with an enjoyable gaming experience.
