Compatibility bridge between Sable and Weather2

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

This mod adds compatibility between Weather2 (Weather, Storms & Tornadoes) and Sable sub-level physics.

Tornadoes can pull sub-levels and force them into a vortex motion
Physics is dependent on a tornado's intensity stage
Tornadoes can destroy blocks at the hull or break ships apart into physics objects
Wind physics for all sub-levels
Sailing physics for create windmill sails
Physics and destruction logic are fully configurable
