Custom skyboxes for different biomes

Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Stellara is a client-side visual mod that replaces Minecraft’s default night sky with custom skyboxes that depend on the biome or dimension.

The mod adds stars, planets, moons, constellations, shooting stars, auroras, sky color tints, light ribbons, and other decorative elements to the sky. In different biomes, the sky may vary in color, object set, and overall atmosphere.

The skybox system is data-driven: all sky variants are defined using JSON files and can be delivered through datapacks. These files allow you to create new skyboxes, change the conditions under which they appear, configure visual layers, and combine different types of sky objects without modifying the mod’s code.
