Replace vanilla size scaling with pehkui size scaling for tensura

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

This mod replace vanilla scale attributes from tensura with pehkui attributes, allowing compatibility with any mod compatible with pehkui.

Built to be played with Epic fight and Epic fight: Pehkui compat.
