Permissions:
You can modify the permissions in the script options.
nicksystem.nick - Allows the use of /nick
nicksystem.addnick - Allows the use of /addnick
nicksystem.removenick - Allows the use of /removenick
nicksystem.realname - Allows the use of /realname
