This plugin has a built-in updater and sends statistics about its usage to the server http://mcstats.org/ . These can be disabled inside the configuration.

Quick Start:
- Add items to group "default"
- Give players the permission: cr.randomize.[groupname] (in this case it would be: cr.randomize.default ) to allow them to use that group.
- Players can now use /cr r and /cr r default to place a chest at their feet.
- If necessary, players can be given ( cr.location.[groupname] (in this case: cr.location.default )to allow them to specify the location the chest is placed at.
