️ Civ Alliance | The Ultimate All-In-One Civilization Infrastructure Engine [1.20-1.21+]
Stop wrestling with outdated, broken plugins. Launch a flawless Civ server with a single, highly optimized .jar file.
The Civilization genre (CivMC, CivClassic, CivRealms) offers one of the most complex, high-stakes political and economic roleplay environments in Minecraft history. Traditionally, running one required configuring a chaotic mess of ten different old, conflicting plugins that break with every Minecraft update.
Civ Alliance changes everything. It consolidates every single core mechanical pillar of the Civ experience—Block Reinforcements, Political Custody, Local Security Snitches, and Production Factories—into a single, unified, high-performance Java framework. Built from the ground up for modern Paper and Spigot server architectures.
The Four Pillars of Civ Alliance
1. Citadel Block Reinforcements
⚠️ Work In Progress (WIP): This mega-plugin is in active development. We are constantly tuning performance metrics to ensure maximum stability during high-population alliance wars. If you find a bug or have a suggestion, please join our development channel before leaving a review. Have a great day!

The Four Pillars of Civ Alliance
1. Citadel Block Reinforcements
- Material-Based Durability: Allow players to reinforce blocks, chests, and infrastructure by left-clicking them with core materials (Iron, Diamonds, Netherite).
- Break Counters: Reinforced blocks must be broken hundreds of times consecutively before breaking, creating realistic defense grids and preventing low-effort offline raiding.
- Group Access Matrix: Seamlessly integrates with your server's alliance/faction groups to allow trusted allies to open reinforced containers instantly.
- Mechanical Justice: Eliminate the need for administrative bans for roleplay crimes. Kill a rogue player with an Ender Pearl in your inventory to capture their soul.
- The Pearl Vault: While held in a pearl, the criminal is banished to a separate End/Prison dimension. Alliances must construct secure, fueled vaults to hold high-value prisoners of war.
- Exile Structures: Deploy localized Bastion fields that prevent hostile players from placing blocks, pearls, or utilizing ender pearls within protected alliance territory.
- Proximity Alert Nodes: Craft and bury hidden security snitches across your borders. When an intruder walks over the grid, a localized alert pings your alliance's chat channel.
- Forensic Activity Logs: Detectives and guards can interact with a snitch block to view precise historical logs of who entered the area, who broke blocks, and who opened containers.
- Localized Chat Channels: Fully functional group, local, and global chat routing to keep international wartime communications completely secure.
- Custom Crafting Automation: Group furnaces, chests, and crafting tables into functional "Factories." Feed raw inputs over time to mass-produce high-tier gear, blocks, or custom alloys.
- Resource Scarcity Engine: Restrict specific factory outputs or crop growth efficiencies based on the physical world biome. This mechanics-driven scarcity forces international trade, treaties, and tactical geopolitical conflict.
- Unified Database Footprint: All player data, block reinforcements, and snitch coordinates are processed through a single SQLite/MySQL database layer, reducing file corruption risks.
- Asynchronous Calculations: Heavy block-break check loops and snitch radius tracking run completely off the main server thread, maintaining a crisp 20 TPS.
- Total Customization: Toggle individual modules on or off depending on the exact flavor of Civilization gameplay you want to build.
