This plugin allows you to give a Player a Effect by giving him a specific Permission. It's simple and easy to use. These Effects will not display as a bubbles over the players head

- Download the plugin from the top of the page
- stop your Server
- copy the plugin to your /plugins/ folder
- start your Server
- enjoy
