✨ Overview

Dinamyc Combat replaces Minecraft's flat swing with hand-crafted weapon animations. Swing, stab, slam and spin through enemies with 33 weapon presets, each with its own attack pattern, hold-to-attack rhythm and dual-wield behaviour. The full player model renders in first person, so your arms, armour and weapon animate the same way you see them in third person. Based on Better Combat by daedelus_dev (Zsolt Molnár). Reworked for NeoForge by Stalking Dragons. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the original author.

🗡️ 33 Weapon Presets

Each preset defines a unique attack pattern: one-handed (slash horizontal, switch-blade slash, stab, mounted stab, swipe, uppercut, slam, instant slam, punch), two-handed (slash horizontal / vertical, stab, slam, heavy slam, spin), dual-handed (cross slash, uncross slash, stab) and pose presets (one-handed backwards; two-handed bow / crossbow / heavy / katana / polearm / scythe / sword).

🎮 Hold-to-Attack

Hold click for continuous attacks, alternating hands when dual wielding. Each preset sets its own attack rhythm.

🖐️ Off-Hand Support

Weapons in the off-hand automatically mirror their animations via MirrorIfLeftHandModifier.

👀 First-Person Animation

The full player model renders in first person (THIRD_PERSON_MODEL), showing both arms, armour and weapons with the same animations as third person — and armour stays visible in every perspective.

⚙️ Configurable

A full client-side config screen (Mods → Dinamyc Combat → Config): first-person arms and second-hand visibility, hold-to-attack vs tap, mining with weapons, swing-through-grass, the vanilla sweep-arc effect, weapon swing sounds, crosshair highlight, attack-range tooltips, and treating axes as weapons.

🎮 How to Use

1. Install the mod and Cloth Config. Player Animation Core is bundled inside the jar.
2. Equip any sword, axe, pickaxe, shovel or hoe and attack.
3. Hold the attack button for continuous combos.
4. Dual-wield two weapons to use both hands.
