Jackpot's Dealer Control
The author built this one for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

This mod adds special block which you can use as a complete replacement for Dealer mob. Also this mod adds a config for Dealer spawning: You can choose whether The Dealer will spawn naturally or only by the root of all evil or you cannot spawn Dealer at all.
