[MTR] DE Decoration

DE Decoration is a resource pack that adds various models that you can find at german train stations. These models include signs, track buffers and more.

Models

The following models are currently added by the pack:

• Station signs
• Warning against incoming and passing trains sign
• Platform indicators
• Track buffer as found in Frankfurt Hbf
• More models are planned and you can request models by contacting me (see Contact section).

How to use

To use any of the models, place a Decoration Object block from the MTR mod, right-click it with a brush, click on the Edit button and select a model. The names of DE Deco's models all begin with [DE] so you can easily identify them.

Model-specific informations

Some models require you to know additional information:

• Platform indicators
  • DE Deco adds platform indicators with the numbers 0 through 9. For any other numbers (or letters) use the blank model ("[DE] Blank Platform Indicator") and project an image containing the desired text using mods like Slideshow.
• Station signs
  • Provided stations are blank, to add text to them follow the same step as for the blank platform indicator.

The templates folder in the resource pack's folder contains template png files that you can edit for the platform indicators and station signs using programs like Figma (recommended).

Requires the Minecraft Transit Railway mod to work. DE Decoration should work with any MTR 4.x version. Might also work with MTR 3.x.x but it's untested and likely requires NTE to function.

If you're using MTR 4.1.x issues might occur. Those are most likely caused by an MTR bug as MTR 4.1.x is still in its beta phase.
