lobbyable is the solution to your problems, this plugin includes the following:

• players won’t take damage
• you can disable rain permanently
• you can disable hunger
• you can disable block breaking
• you can disable block placing
• you can disable inventory item drops
• a command to set a spawn point
• a command to teleport to the spawn point
• a command to fly
• a fully customizable welcome message
• a fully customizable farewell message
• teleport to the spawn when players death
• teleport to the spawn when players touch the void
• teleport to the spawn when the player join to the server

Everything can be configured to your liking from the config.yml, you can enable or disable each of the plugin’s features depending on what your server needs

Commands:

• /fly ~ allow you to toggle fly
• /spawn ~ teleport you to the spawn
• /spawn {player} ~ teleport a player to the spawn

• /setspawn ~ set the spawn point

Permissions:

lobbyable.blockbreak ~ whoever has this permission will be able to break blocks.
lobbyable.blockplace ~ whoever has this permission will be able to place blocks.
lobbyable.spawnplayer ~ allow the player to use the command /spawn {player}
lobbyable.setspawn ~ allow the player to use the command /setspawn
lobbyable.spawn ~ allow the player to use the command /spawn (disabled by default)
lobbyable.silent ~ if enabled in the config, players with this permission won’t generate a join announcement when they join the server
lobbyable.vip ~ players with this permission will have a custom message when they join the server
