Most changes revert Matcha Textures back to their vanilla ones

Some changes make things brighter than vanilla
- Nether Bricks are brighter, to make Fortresses easier to see in

THIS RP CANNOT CHANGE TRUE DARKNESS! If you'd like to change true darkness: Go to the DATAPACK Matcha_Flavoured_x\data\minecraft\dimension_type and follow the instructions there
