Bapel Auto Slimefun

Bapel Auto Slimefun is a client-side Fabric utility mod for automating repetitive crafting workflows on servers that use Slimefun-style inventory interfaces.

It combines recipe collection, recursive material planning, Network Grid searching, backpack-aware inventory management, machine interaction, and an on-screen missing-material display in one workflow.

Important: This is an independent client-side project. It is not an official Slimefun add-on and does not install server-side features.

Main features

Automated recipe planning

Bapel Auto Slimefun calculates the material tree required for a selected target item. It can follow intermediate recipes, reuse items already available to the player, and report raw materials that are still missing.

Slimefun Guide recipe scraping

The built-in scraper reads supported recipe pages from the server's Slimefun-style guide and stores the results locally. Exported recipes can then be used by the planner and Auto-Craft workflow.

Exact Network Grid search

The mod can search a configured Network Grid using the exact normalized item name. Search state is cached during an Auto-Craft job to avoid unnecessary repeated queries.

Backpack-aware inventory handling

Supported backpacks can be scanned and used as additional storage during planning and crafting.

The current storage strategy fills the active destination backpack first and only switches to another backpack after the current destination is full or can no longer accept the item.

Automated machine interaction

Bapel Auto Slimefun can interact with configured crafting machines and fast-machine interfaces, place recipe inputs, collect outputs, and continue through dependent crafting steps.

Unstackable intermediate items are handled one recipe at a time instead of being unnecessarily crafted as a full batch.

Missing-material HUD

A client-side overlay shows missing materials and Auto-Craft progress without requiring server-side installation.

Local block and recipe cache

Known machine locations, Network Grid locations, backpack information, scraped recipes, logs, and diagnostic slot dumps are stored locally in the Minecraft instance.

Typical workflow

  1. Open the Slimefun-style guide and scrape the required recipe categories.
  2. Save the locations of the Network Grid and supported crafting machines.
  3. Open the Auto-Craft interface.
  4. Select an item and quantity.
  5. Review missing raw materials.
  6. Start Auto-Craft.

The exact setup depends on the server's GUI names, inventory layouts, installed Slimefun extensions, and permissions.

Compatibility

BapelAutoMod is designed around specific Slimefun-style GUI layouts. Servers with modified menus, renamed controls, custom slot layouts, anti-automation protections, or incompatible add-ons may not work correctly.

Beta notice

This release is published as a beta because compatibility depends heavily on the target server and not every supported recipe or machine combination has been tested in every environment.

Back up your configuration files before upgrading, and test with a small crafting quantity first.
