Echoes of Silence Mod (1.21.11, 1.20.1) – Turn Deadly Sculk Traps

Echoes of Silence Mod expands the deep dark ecosystem with dangerous traps, fluid mechanics, and transport systems. The mod introduces biting living blocks, transport pipes, and teleportation tools powered by sculk energy. Exploring underground structures becomes far more hazardous while offering new automated sorting and farming methods.

Features:

• Sculk Jaw: Generates naturally in the Deep Dark and Ancient Cities, biting mobs that walk over it and swallowing small targets whole.
• Trapped entities inside a jaw suffer from Acid Etching damage and build up the Sculkophobia status effect over time.
• Stores items that fall onto it and releases them when broken using Silk Touch tools.
• Can hold Sculk Acid to instantly dissolve dropped items or harm passing mobs.
• Sculk Aggregator: Generates Sculk Catalysts on top using sculk charge to help spread sculk blocks.
• Combined Sculk Jaw: Blends jaw and aggregator mechanics to attack mobs and collect stored XP for mob farms.
• Sculk Acid: Harmful liquid collected in cauldrons with potions, melting targets that step inside.
• Sculk Jelly: Forms when water contacts Sculk Acid and extracts XP orbs from nearby Combined Sculk Jaws.
• Tuned Sculk Jaw: Safe mechanical jaw that pulls or pushes items to adjacent containers based on redstone signals and item filters.
• Sculk Transporter: Pipe block that connects Tuned Sculk Jaws together to create item sorting networks.
• Sculk Teleporter: Moves entities between two locations across dimensions when powered by redstone.
• Spatial Anchor: Links two teleporters together and can be repaired using Echo Shards.
• Allows brewing of Acid Etching potions in regular, splash, and lingering forms using awkward potions.

How to Use:

1. Sneak and climb out immediately if trapped inside a wild Sculk Jaw to avoid being pulled down again.
2. Place a Tuned Sculk Jaw against a chest and right-click it with an item to set an item filter.
3. Apply a redstone signal to a Tuned Sculk Jaw to switch it from Input Mode to Output Mode.
4. Connect Tuned Sculk Jaws across distances using Sculk Transporter pipes to move items between containers.
5. Bind two Sculk Teleporters together using a Spatial Anchor, then activate either teleporter with redstone to warp.
