Adds the "backroom" dimension from Kane Pixels, namely entities, blocks, and day/night cycles in the backroom.

- hard wallpaper of various variations
- concrete of various colors
- yellow grass
- ceiling tiles and fluorescent lamps.
- also adds entities that copy your skin.
- a backroom dimension where the lamps change depending on the time of day when day and night change. there is currently no room generation in the dimension.
