I present to you, GUI Stats! With this plugin you can see players statistics in a GUI! It's super easy to use, and pretty customizable. This plugin is also extremely lightweight and has virtually no impact on performance! You can track the following stats:

Player Deaths
Player Kills
Time Played (In min)
Jumps
Blocks Walked
Mob Kills
Blocks Flown
Time since last death (in min)
Blocks swam

There's also a leveling system built in! The leveling system is currently based off of minutes played.

If enabled, players can right click the stats head to open the GUI
