Blood Moon
This mod adds a new lunar event called Blood Moon. During a Blood Moon, the sky and light map turn red, and the moon is replaced by a Blood Moon. The appearance of monsters also changes during the Blood Moon; Monsters should now spawn more frequently than normal.
From version 1.0.1 the moon is colored instead of replaced and clouds are now also colored
Thanks to the change, the mod is now compact with texture packs
The light map is also colored red
During a blood moon you cannot skip the night
