Frost Armor (for horses) is a unique take on frostwalker for horses

This datapack, by catcoll456 and me, Lxaur, adds a new type of horse armor: Frost Armor

Acquiring the armor

Just like turtle helmets, it's the only one in it's set, and it's not particularly easy to get. There are two ways of getting the armor: crafting, and looting.

For the recipe, you need some blue ice, locking the recipe behind silk touch. You also need some wool (any color), to keep your horse from being freezed by the intense magic, but from where the magic, you ask?

By cutting an emerald into pieces, one for each hoof, a experimental craftsman was able to carry the power of intens frostbite to the gemstone. You might be able to find this magical piece of armor in the basement of his hideout.

The mechanism

Protected by some wool, the boots of the horse, inlayed with the emerald shard it spreads the frostbite onto water.

Unlike frostwalker this is made with special functions (sorry for breaking the fourth wall) through wich it spreads also downwards, making a small extra layer of ice beneath the bigger patch on the surface.

Perfect to suffocate your enemies, but the main use is that the ice will melt way cleaner, in a nicer trail, and the ice won't ever melt when it's still getting affected by the magic.
