About

Omi's PVP is an all in PVP plugin that adds more than just simple /pvp or admin commands, it's great for small and big communities - especially the one's where you can't seem to figure out what parts of PVP should be illegal and what parts not! It adds things I thought were missing from most PVP plugins.

Support servers running: Paper, Bukkit (and other forks such as Pufferfish or Purpur)

There are 2 version of the plugin - modern and old, modern works from 1.21.9 to latest and old works from 1.12.2 to 1.21.8. Updating from old to modern should be seamless.

Commands, Features - Explained

Easy Commands

• /pvp <on | off | status> - enables or disables PVP
• /pvpdrops <on | off | status> - enabled or disables dropping items after dying in PVP (doesn't affect natural deaths)
• /pvpstats <damage_dealt | damage_taken | deaths | help | kd | kill_streak | kills | leaderboard> [player name, or null] - allows you to view certain stats about you and other people

Admin Commands

I think they are pretty self-explanatory

• /opvpadmin <reload | backup> <null | create | load>
• /changepvp [player name] <on | off>
• /changepvpdrops [player name] <on | off>

Unique and Complex Commands

Bounty

• /bounty list - lists all bounties set on players
• /bounty set [player name] - shows you instructions and helps you set a bounty on a player

If u set a bounty on a person, when that person is killed the killer will receive the bounty imediately

Heirs

• /heirs <add | remove> [player name] - removes or adds a player to your heir list
• /heirs list - lists all your heirs

Heirs are people who are permitted to pick up your items after you die naturally (like fall damage)

Rivals

This is probably my favorite feature, both /rivals and /rival work the same way

• /rivals challenge [player name] - challenges a player to a rivalry
• /rivals <accept | deny> - accepts or denies a rivalry request
• /rivals help - gives you help
• /rivals list - lists all your rivals
• /rivals end <null | force> - you can end a rivalry with one command if u don't have any goals set, but if you do then if certain conditions are met you can use /rivals end force, or just need permission from your rival
• /rivals rules [rival name] <forcepvp | forcepvpdrops> <on | off> - allows you to force PVP or PVPdrops on a rival (if your rival accepts). That means that even if you have PVP off, you can still fight with your rival.
• /rivals rules [rival name] goals <pvp_milestone | pvp_timed> <kd | kill_streak | kills | rival_kills> [value] - allows you to set a certain PVP goal. You can make the goal either a set milestone or the winner will simply be the person who got the highest positive difference in set time (your rivals needs to accept them too)
• /rivals rules [rival name] goals <custom_milestone | custom_timed> <scoreboard stat> [value] - does the same thing, except with many Minecraft stats. For this command to work VanillaTweak's Track Statistics & Track Raw Statistics datapacks need to be installed on the server. If the datapacks aren't present this exact feature will cleanly disappear.
• /rivals getgoals [rival name] - shows you all the goals you have set with the chosen rival

After winning a goal against a rival both rivals receive a message about it, if one of them is offline he'll get it as soon as he logs back on (same thing with messages showing you that someone is sending you a rivalry request too)

PVP Clans

PVP Clans are clans that allow smaller communities to operate under their own PVP laws, create alliances or just unite in some way

• /pvpclan create [your clan name] - creates a PVP clan
• /pvpclan help - shows help
• /pvpclan info [clan name] - shows all you need to know about a clan
• /pvpclan join [clan name] - sends a request to join a certain clan, unless that clan has open entries in which case you'll join it imidiately
• /pvpclan leave - leaves your current clan
• /pvpclan list - lists all clans on the server

Now the most advanced command

• /pvpclan manage applications <accept | deny | view> - allows you to view every person that send a request to join your clan, or accept/deny them ('view' can be run by every clan member and 'accept' or 'deny' only by the owner or people he approved)
• /pvpclan manage disband - after typing the command 2 times your clan gets disbanded (only the owner can run this command)
• /pvpclan manage kick [player's name] - kicks a player from a clan (can be run only by the owner)
• /pvpclan manage modify <a lot of modifiers, which wouldn't fit here so let me list them below> [value] - the modifiers are:

1. admins <add | list | remove> - list lists all admins and add/remove does what it says. Admins have the ability to change every modifier other than admins
2. application_approvers <add | list | remove> - pretty straightforward what it does, but application approver are simply people who have the permission to approve join applications
3. autonomy <true | false> - controls if people inside the clan can control if they have pvp and pvpdrops enabled or disabled
4. clan_tag <tag | color | view> - views or changes the clan tag, once configured it will be showed on the chat
5. friendly_fire <true | false> - decides if clan members can fight each other, by default its set to true
6. open_entry <true | false> - when true every person that tries to join your clan joins it without any application approving
7. pvp <true | false> - enables or disables forced PVP for the clan members (for this to work autonomy has to be set to false)
8. pvpdrops <true | false> - enables or disabled forced PVP drops for the clan members (for this to work autonomy has to be set to false)
9. pvp_cooldown [duration of the cooldown] - makes it so that the clan members have a higher or lower PVP cooldown, by default the cooldown can be set to 2s below the default (for this to work autonomy has to be set to true)
10. pvpdrops_cooldown [duration of the cooldown] - makes it so that the clan members have a higher or lower PVP drops cooldown, by default the cooldown can be set to 2s below the default (for this to work autonomy has to be set to true)

Languages

Currently the plugin supports two languages - english (en, default) and polish (pl). Language can be changed in the config. Once all the bugs (and I haven't encountered a single one, but it would be insane luck if there actually weren't any hidden ones) are fixed I will add more languages.

Config

Many features can be disabled in the config, so don't worry if you think a single feature might not fit your server

Dependencies and Integrations

The plugin has no dependencies and there are no plans to change that, but as mentioned above there is a Vanilla Tweaks Track Raw Statistics and Track Statistics datapacks integration. You can download it here

Licensing

Of course everyone can use my plugin on their servers, no matter if the server has actual revenue or not, but don't edit my plugin until Late 2029 (I will explain what I mean then)
