This plugin rings the bell when a player left or right clicks it when it is in inventory. All players close to the player who rang the bell will hear him.
You can configure whether users need permission to ring the bell and whether, if they don't have the permission, a message will appear or not. You can also personalize the message. The required permission is 'clickringbell.use'.
You can also customize the independent pitch and sound, that is, when you left click, a sound with a different pitch sounds than the right click.
