Repair golems with a dispenser.

When a dispenser fires, it looks at the block right in front of it. Damaged golem there, matching item inside? The golem gets healed and the item is used up. Otherwise the dispenser just does its normal thing and throws the item out. You never lose an item to this.

The 25 HP match what you get healing an iron golem by hand. Snow golems have no vanilla equivalent, so those numbers are scaled against their 4 HP pool.

Runs on the server. Clients don't need it.

Which file

GolemMechanic-Bukkit-1.0.0.jar covers Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Purpur and Folia in one file, across every supported version.

Versions

The Bukkit jar handles the whole 1.15.2 - 26.2 range on its own.

1.15 is the floor because healing iron golems with iron ingots only arrived in 1.15, and there is nothing to automate before that.

Config

The plugin ships a config.yml where you set which item heals which golem for how much, plus particles and sound.

/golemmechanic reload re-reads the file, permission golemmechanic.admin.

Heads up

Nothing here has been run in game yet. It all compiles, the core logic has unit tests, and the jar was checked for contents and class references, but no jar has been loaded by an actual server so far. If you try it, tell me what breaks.
