# 3D Display Entity Holograms (Lite) – 3DEH-Lite **3DEH-Lite** is a simple, lightweight hologram plugin for **Paper** and **Folia** (1.20+). Old hologram plugins usually rely on invisible armor stands, which slow down servers when placing too many of them. **3DEH-Lite** uses native **Display Entities** (`TextDisplay`, `BlockDisplay`, and `ItemDisplay`) introduced in recent Minecraft versions.
