Fix unsymmetrical harness goggles

A miniscule texture pack that adds two pixels to the goggles on the happy ghast harness, fixing the lack of symmetry the goggles have been bearing since their addition into the game. All the different colored harnesses are changed and the colors used are the same as the original textures.
