Simple Blindfold that can be worn in the head slot and blocks the wearer's vision. You can equip it yourself just like a helmet, or put it on other entities, including other players.
To blindfold an entity, simply hold the Blindfold item in your hand and hit the entity you want to blindfold. Grab some shears and hit the blindfolded entity to remove it.
