Supports PlaceholderAPI to show alter names on DiscordSRV, to do this; change your DiscordSRV message.yml file

The lines that need changing for DiscordSRV to work is:
MinecraftChatToDiscordMessageFormat: "**%primarygroup%** %alterproxy_display% » %message%"
MinecraftChatToDiscordMessageFormatNoPrimaryGroup: "%alterproxy_display% » %message%"
If you have webhooks enabled, you instead need to change this line in config.yml.
Experiment_WebhookChatMessageUsernameFormat: "%alterproxy_display%"

Command List
Switching & Proxying
- /alter <tag|name> — Instantly switch to an alter using their tag or name (e.g. /alter d).
- /alter switch <tag|name> — Alternative explicit syntax to switch alters.
- /alter clear — Stop proxying and return to regular player chat.
- /alter current — View which alter is currently active (also /alter who or /alter status).
- /alter color <#HEX> — Change the chat color of your currently active alter.
- /alter color <#HEX> <tag> — Change the color of a specific alter in your system.
- /alter pfp <url> — Set a custom avatar URL for Discord webhooks (active alter only).
- /alter pfp clear — Reset the active alter's Discord avatar back to your player skin.
- /alter list — Show all registered alters in your system and which one is active.
- /alter create <name> [hex] [tag] — Register a new alter (e.g. /alter create Zephyr #00E5FF z).
- /alter — Display current proxy status and the in-game help menu.
- /alter color <#HEX> <player> <tag> — Change the color of another player's alter.
