Interactive Chat Tooltips, Resolved Per-Player
Overview WederChatHover intercepts your server's chat and adds interactive hover tooltips to every sender's name — and to any player mentioned by name in a message. Built entirely on Paper's per-viewer chat rendering, every tooltip is resolved individually for each player looking at it, with click-to-message built in.
Key Features
• True Per-Player Rendering: Uses Paper's AsyncChatEvent ChatRenderer, which runs once per viewer — tooltips (and permissions) are resolved individually, never as a static broadcast.
• Smart Mention Detection: Full word-boundary matching (so "Ann" never matches inside "Anna") automatically applies the same hover/click styling to any online player mentioned in chat.
• Mention Alerts: Get notified with a message + sound the instant someone mentions your name in chat.
• Fully Customizable Tooltip: MiniMessage-powered stat card — tier, balance, kills, deaths, playtime, team, and more, all editable in config.yml.
• Free-Form Chat Format: Place %username% anywhere in your chat format string, mix in any placeholder around it (e.g. rank prefix before the name).
• PlaceholderAPI Support: Full placeholder resolution, including relational placeholders for context-aware tooltips — falls back to an internal Vault + kills/deaths system if PAPI isn't installed.
• BetterTeams Integration: Shows the player's team name with a fully configurable label and a clean fallback message when they're on no team.
• Click-to-Message: Clicking a name or mention suggests /msg <player> in the sender's chat bar, ready to send.
• Folia Compatible: No Bukkit-scheduler dependency for its internal stat storage.

Installation
- Download WederChatHover.jar.
- Place it into your server's /plugins directory.
- Restart your server.
- Configure config.yml — tooltip content, chat format, team label, and mention alerts.
- (Optional) Install PlaceholderAPI and Vault for full placeholder support.
