AwesomeHorses turns ordinary mounts into lasting, personal companions. Instead of just taming a horse, players collect, manage and grow their mounts through a clean menu interface: they level up alongside you, get stronger and can be equipped and customised to your taste.
It's fully configurable and offers multi-language support, it slots neatly into existing survival and RPG servers.
Mount system: custom mounts (horse, donkey, mule, camel, skeleton/zombie horse) via templates; each with its own stats & rarity (Common→Legendary)
Individual rolls: each stat is a fixed value or a range with a distribution (uniform / gaussian / rarity-biased); rarity uses configurable weights & growth multipliers, and coat colours are sampled from rarity-based pools
Stable GUI: collect, manage, summon/store; pagination, statistics overview, favorites filter, sort mode (saved per player)
Recovery GUI: admins can reopen a player's item-form mounts and send a lost one back to their stable (/ah recover)
Slot system: ownership cap via unlocked stable slots (config default + slots. permission + redeemable slot-deed items), bounded by max-per-player
Summon & recall: by clicking in the stable or via the bound horse item; recall/teleport instead of a duplicate spawn; concurrent-summon limit
Follow & wander: the summoned mount follows its owner (configurable leash, step-hopping, teleport when too far away)
Trust system: trusted players may ride along (not equip/release); duo saddle / camel for a passenger
Equipment: saddle, armor, horseshoe, glider, storage — with role/level/template checks; live stat modifiers (speed/jump/health/armor/regen/safe-fall)
Storage: dedicated mount inventory via a storage item (up to 45 slots), persistent, NBT/PDC-preserving
Gliders: mid-air double jump with configurable strength
Progression: leveling (EXP from riding & combat, EXP tokens, Level-Up tokens), configurable EXP curve, per-level stat growth, max level 100; anti-farming (teleport/idle detection)
Bond system: rises with riding and scales EXP gain; optional bond decay for neglected mounts
Stats: speed, jump, health, natural regeneration, acceleration ramp
Life & death: "injured instead of dead" (recovery state, timer survives restarts), heal items, revive items, fire immunity (template/item)
Horse item & trading: every mount as a bound item (summon/recall), protected by default (death/drop/container/indestructible, each toggleable); sell/trade via QuickShop-Hikari, Shopkeepers, AxTrade with automatic, dupe-safe ownership transfer
Claim: convert tamed vanilla horses into managed mounts
Customization: rename, head textures / GUI icons per template CustomModelData support
Fully configurable: all gameplay values in YAML
Multi-language: English & German bundled, every string translatable via lang/*.yml; per-player locale; MiniMessage, injection-safe
Storage: SQLite or MySQL (with migration command)
Cross-server: shared stable across a BungeeCord/Velocity network (shared MySQL DB)
Anti-dupe & lifecycle: guarantees exactly one live entity per mount
