Adds 7 tiered hammers (Wooden to Netherite) that mine a 3x3 area in a single swing - faster mining without leaving vanilla balance or your achievements behind.

(Sneak (crouch) while mining to break a single block instead of the full area.)
- 7 tiers matching vanilla pickaxe progression: Wooden, Stone, Copper, Iron, Golden, Diamond, Netherite
- Mining speed, durability and enchantability scale like their pickaxe counterparts
- Respects Efficiency, Unbreaking, Fortune and Silk Touch
- Craftable and repairable using standard recipes
- Ores are excluded from the 3x3 effect to keep resource balance fair
