Overview

A lightweight, high-performance Spigot plugin designed to elevate the server's enchanting mechanics. It bypasses core game restrictions, allowing vanilla enchantments to reach Level 10 (X), and introduces powerful, practical custom enchantments. These features integrate seamlessly with vanilla systems without causing server lag.

Key Features

Vanilla Uncap: Increase standard enchantments like Sharpness and Efficiency to Level 10 (X).

Level-35 Enchanting Table: Expand bookshelf setups to raise the enchanting cap to level 35, unlocking the chance to roll legendary enchantments.

Anvil Merging: Combine Level 5 vanilla enchantments to create Level 6, scaling up to Level 10, with logical and balanced XP cost calculations.

Balanced Rarity System: Overpowered (OP) enchantments have a low drop weight in the enchanting table to maintain the server economy.

Vanilla-Style Lore: Single-level enchantments (like Telepathy) display without Roman numerals, matching the original game's formatting (e.g., Mending).

High Performance & Lag Protection: Fully optimized code includes a strict failsafe system for the Vein Miner enchantment to prevent server crashes during large block updates.

Custom Enchantments

Tools

Telepathy (Max: 1): Mined resources are transferred directly to your inventory without dropping on the ground.

Auto-Smelt (Max: 1): Automatically smelts iron, gold, and copper ores. Integrates flawlessly with Telepathy and Fortune.

Vein Miner (Max: 1): Breaks all connected blocks of the same type in a single hit. Hard-capped at 64 blocks per break to protect server performance.

Wisdom (Max: V): Multiplies XP dropped from mobs and ores by 50% per level (yielding 3.5x XP at Level V).

Weapons & Armor

Execute (Max: III): Instantly kills a target if their health drops below a specific threshold (up to 30% health at Level III).

Night Owl (Max: 1 - Helmet): Grants infinite Night Vision as long as the helmet is equipped.

Tank (Max: III - Chestplate): Provides Knockback Resistance. Level III grants 100% immunity to physical and projectile knockback.

Commands & Permissions

The plugin features a built-in GUI for administrators to easily extract max-level books without memorizing commands.

/ce menu Opens a GUI containing all custom and Level X vanilla enchanted books for direct retrieval. Permission: customenchants.admin

/customenchant [enchant_name] [level] Applies the specified enchantment to the held item or converts a regular book into an enchanted book. Set the level to 0 to remove an enchantment. Permission: customenchants.admin

Installation

Download the AdvancedCustomEnchants.jar file.

Place the file inside your server's plugins directory.

Restart the server.

Join the game, hold an item, and type /ce menu to access the enchantments.
