Improvement Cloudy is an addon that enhances the clouds in Minecraft and also changes weather behavior to be localized.

In addition to enhancing the clouds, this addon also adds storm systems such as Rainstorms, Thunderstorms, and Storms.
This add-on also uses custom weather (utilizing fog and particles). Not only that, but it also includes several items like Server Setting, Spawn Severe Weather, and Outlook Monitor.
The atmosphere system is still in beta, so there are a few bugs. this addon its still pre-release or beta-release.
