Block That Looks Like A Crafting Table But Kills You When You Click On It

on September 1st 2026, I saw a video on Waldee's YouTube channel in my recommendations. After watching that interesting video, I thought it would be hilarious to recreate my favorite mod in that video on Bedrock Edition since it's only available on Java, Block That Looks Like A Crafting Table But Kills You When You Click On It.

You can find the Java mod on Modrinth here.

The addon is simple: You put one crafting table in the middle of a crafting table, and you get the Block That Looks Like A Crafting Table But Kills You When You Click On It. This block looks exactly like the vanilla crafting table. When a player tries to click on it, they immediately die. A custom death message ”[playername] clicked the block that looks like a crafting table but kills you when you click on it” appears in chat after death.

Note: This addon is NOT compatible with achievements, and may be buggy especially on multiplayer. I am aware that if two players are next to the block, and the one slightly farther away clicks on the block, that the closer player takes the fall, but there is nothing I can do about it without spending more time and energy on fixing it.

That's basically it for this addon. If you have any questions, please comment or email me at impasta1472@gmail.com.
